I run rolling 100-day challenges across different parts of my life — language, physical activity, cognitive practice, habits. The point is never the topic itself; it is showing up every single day, even on bad ones, and finding out what compounds when you do.

Played chess every single day for 100 days — pattern recognition, opening prep, endgames.
- 100 days of Spanish
Daily Spanish practice — built up to functional reading and conversational scaffolding.
- 100 days of walks
A walk every single day, anywhere from 15 minutes to 4–5 hours.
- ·Longest walk: about 4–5 hours.
- ·Shortest walk: 10 minutes.
- ·Whole point: never break the chain — even on bad days.
