I run rolling 100-day challenges across different parts of my life — language, physical activity, cognitive practice, habits. The point is never the topic itself; it is showing up every single day, even on bad ones, and finding out what compounds when you do.

    Daily Spanish practice — built up to functional reading and conversational scaffolding.

    100 days of walks

    A walk every single day, anywhere from 15 minutes to 4–5 hours.

    • ·Longest walk: about 4–5 hours.
    • ·Shortest walk: 10 minutes.
    • ·Whole point: never break the chain — even on bad days.
