  • SEO & Growth Engineering: Architected and executed a comprehensive SEO strategy from ground zero, ranking 1,000+ keywords. Achieved Top-3/Top-5 across most priority queries (peak Top-2), beating competitors with 5+ years of head start, in under a year. Maintained 10%+ CTR and drove significant organic revenue.
  • GEO/AEO (Generative Engine Optimization): Beyond classic SEO — locale-targeted ranking and visibility inside LLM answers (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity). Built strategy around how AI systems cite and reproduce brand mentions.
  • AI Engineering: Built a personal advisor and SEO research base in NotebookLM, then a self-hosted MD-based "super-agent" repo for deep analytics and Mind Maps. Designed multi-agent orchestrations (Team Lead / Frontend / Backend / Logic Operator) before mainstream tooling existed. Wrote custom skills, tools, automations and scripts to keep token usage tight.
  • Custom SEO Crawler: Built a proprietary site crawler that surfaces issues across the whole site — performs better than off-the-shelf browser extensions, inspired by the working layer of Semrush/Google tools.
  • Backend & Deploy: Hands-on across Python, PHP, Laravel, Go (via agents), Redis + Caddy for caching, Supabase + REST APIs, Docker on VPS, GitHub Actions CI/CD. Deployed to Vercel, Netlify, Cloudflare, Railway, GoDaddy, Namecheap.
  • Telegram Ecosystem: Led the end-to-end Frontend development of a Telegram Mini App (TMA) from scratch to production, collaborating in a lean team of 3. Integrated TON Connect for crypto payments, PostHog + GA for analytics, ad networks and trackers — for a worldwide-popular game (under NDA).
  • Product & Automation: Developed and commercialized automated Notion templates for the global marketplace, creating a passive revenue stream for clients.
  • Rapid Prototyping: Successfully launched multiple MVPs for international clients, specializing in brand websites, AI-powered tools, and business development automation.
  • Product & Strategy: Acted as a technical partner for founders — research, competitive analysis, feature strategy, full-cycle execution from concept to market. Helped one client reach Top-2 in their niche in under a year, beating long-established competitors.
